A: We normally charge the open mold fee for $150,but after you placed the order we will refund

your $150 sampling fees.

Q2. What about the sample lead time?
A: It usually takes about 5dys,but in peak season it will takes longger about 8dys.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for ceramic bowls order?
A:We can freely offer you a sample which are the samples that we are available at the monment. 

And our MOQ is 5000pcs  per designs .

Q4. How to proceed an order for ceramic bowls?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application.
Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.
Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order.
Fourthly We arrange the production.

Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on ceramic bowls product?
A:Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based

on our sample .

Q6: How to deal with the faulty?
A: Firstly. Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate

will be less than 2.5%.
Secondly. If any products that you reveived that have defects we will be freely offer you the

decfects qyt in your next orders.Or you can deduct the defects cost in your next orders.
